Position Summary:

As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure the financial health and stability of the company while implementing and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Provide insightful commentary on financial performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
• Create accurate and realistic financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met.
• Implement effective strategies for optimizing working capital.

Internal Controls:

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial processes to identify and mitigate risks.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including investment opportunities and cost-benefit analysis.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Work with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Provide guidance and support for professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role in a similar or related industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
