Treasury Manager
The Treasury Manager will oversee the company’s treasury operations, focusing on efficient cash management, liquidity, and financial risk management. The role requires strong expertise in treasury management, cash positioning, budgeting, and strategic planning.
The Treasury Manager will collaborate with senior management to support financial goals and ensure the financial health of our entities. This role also involves working with lenders to manage current and future debt facilities and overseeing cash management across our accounts and entities in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash positions and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs. Develop and implement cash forecasting models and strategies for short and long-term cash planning, supporting department budgets and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, including banks and financial institutions. Manage secured debt facility requirements (covenants, compliance, reporting, pledges, escrows, cash flows) across countries.
- Review, benchmark, and optimize loan terms, processes, and credit facility conditions.
- Manage and optimize the company’s assets and liabilities, ensuring efficient use of credit lines and alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and manage financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and liquidity. Develop hedging strategies to mitigate risks while optimizing costs.
- Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, investments, and debt management to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Several years of experience in treasury or cash management, with a proven track record in managing cash flows across countries, currencies, and secured debt facilities.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in liquidity modeling and cash forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with treasury management systems or financial software is welcome.
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
