Job Summary: 

The Fulfillment Supervisor oversees the daily pick-and-pack operations of the warehouse. Their primary responsibility is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and completely in preparation for delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Fulfillment Operations
  • Monitors pick-and-pack operations and ensures the quality of output.
  • Resolves day-to-day operational issues.
  • Responsible for implementing all SOPs in daily fulfillment operations.
  • Delegates and plans tasks for the PSP staff as needed in the pick-and-pack operations.
• Inventory Management
  • Recommends systematic planning of replenishment with the RSC Inventory Personnel, ensuring adequate stocking at all times.
  • SKU Rationalization: recommends non-performing SKUs for suggestive selling or deletion.
  • Initiates cycle counts and inventory activities.
  • Performs necessary stock corrections for the approval of the Warehouse Operations Manager.
  • Accountable for all inventory-related activities managed by the Inventory Supervisor.
• People Management
  • Monitor the daily schedule and attendance.
  • Properly supervise, train, and effectively motivate all personnel in the fulfillment operations.
  • Impose sanctions or disciplinary actions for any violations committed.
  • Ensure the complete deployment of the necessary manpower.
• Admin/Reportorial Requirements
  • Prepares reports on OOS (Out-of-Stock), pick-pack issues, and other reports related to fulfillment operations.
  • Facilitates POS transactions before dispatch and after returns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Drive products.
• Experience with database applications.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and apps.
• Strong skills in people management, team building, and communication.
• Analytical with basic mathematical skills.
