In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Senior Brand and Customer Marketing Manager, dream up game-changing strategies, and collaborate with awesome teams across the globe. If you love a mix of creativity, analytics, and on-the-ground action, you’re our kind of person.
What You’ll Be Doing
Crafting the Brand’s Game Plan
- Team up to create an annual brand plan that’ll wow the market, boost sales, and make our brand a standout.
- Turn big ideas into action-packed goals everyone can rally behind.
Keeping Tabs on the Budget 💰
- Maximize every peso with smart budget planning and tracking.
- Keep us in the green with regular updates on spending and ROI.
Running the Show
- Plan and roll out awesome initiatives: events, digital campaigns, partnerships—you name it!
- Work with sales (On-Trade and Off-Trade) to make sure our activities shine across all channels.
Expanding Across APAC 🌏
- Help local partners in Asia-Pacific bring our brand to life with tailored strategies and tools.
- Fly out occasionally to gather insights and ensure the brand’s magic is everywhere.
Contributing to Global Hits
- Join creative workshops and adapt global campaigns for local fans.
- Be the go-to for aligning local creativity with global goals.
Managing the Pros
- Lead and guide agencies—PR, creative, media, events—to deliver top-notch work.
- Seal deals with vendors that make every peso count.
Creating POS Magic
- Dream up eye-catching point-of-sale materials and merchandise that people can’t resist.
- Make sure all assets stay on-brand and hit the right consumer touchpoints.
Analyzing and Innovating
- Use data to track what’s working and tweak strategies as needed.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to keep us at the top.
What You Bring to the Table
