The Role:

As a Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in our team dedicated to harnessing the power of generative models to innovate and enhance our banking products and services. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced generative AI applications that improve business processes, customer engagement and service, automate content creation, and contribute to our strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy solutions using LLMs across a range of business use cases.
• Rapid experimentation, prototyping, and development of solutions to real-world problems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into our platform for scalable and impactful solutions.
• Analyze complex data to refine AI model precision and functionality.
• Keep updated with AI/ML industry trends to inform ongoing improvements in our AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Post graduate degree in a technical discipline.
• Proven experience in technical roles, with experience in building solutions using generative AI technology.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in using NLP tools (SpaCy, Huggingface, OpenAI, etc.)
• Proficiency in using RAG architecture for building custom LLM solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience using git for version control.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience using Databricks for building LLM solutions.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs
• Experience in building multi-modal generative AI solutions
• Experience in building APIs
