Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement:

• Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement. Organize seminars, talks, and workshops that align with employees’ interests and career development goals.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

2. Compensation and Negotiation:

• Support employees in understanding their compensation packages.
• Facilitate transparent and fair negotiation processes for raises and promotions. Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with market trends and company policies.

3. Talent Development:

• Design and oversee talent development programs, including training sessions, mentoring, and career progression plans.
• Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to enhance their skills and career growth.

4. HR Management Systems:

• Manage and optimize the use of all HR processes, including performance management, leave tracking, and employee records.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR regulations and company policies.

5. Strategic HR Planning:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right talent to achieve its strategic goals.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and procedures.

6. Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and employee relations strategies.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR matters.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR lead or similar role.
• Proficiency in using HR management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
