Area Sales Manager (North Luzon)
The Regional Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving retailer sales and managing accounts within an assigned territory. The role involves developing and executing sales and revenue strategies, managing client relationships, managing receivables and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth and Sales Volume: Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance Metrics. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Account Management: Maintain and Strengthen relationships with Key Accounts to ensure effective sales flow. Shall establish relationships with Key Accounts and provide a high standard of customer service continually.
- Receivable Management: Oversee collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow. Implement credit control measures to minimize risk and ensure timely payments.
- Demand Generation: Execute promo/campaigns that drive demand, to stimulate sales.
- Agent Management: Shall play a fundamental role in finding and setting up our team of key account agents, and is in charge of ensuring they are productive, disciplined, and are reaching their targets. Ensure our agents visit all their key accounts, once a week. (Tracking of Attendance and Workflow)
- Market Analysis and Reporting/Business Expansion: Troubleshoots any issues escalated to them and identifies potential growth opportunities to further grow the business. Prepare and present regular reports on sales, market conditions and strategic initiatives.
- Account Engagement: Engage in key customers and understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Organize and participate in customer events, field days, and product demonstrations to enhance customer relationships.
Key Metrics
- Get sales team of 14 agents to reach 5M in sales monthly.
- Maintain 750 monthly ordering stores per month.
- Generate and deliver 70M in sales monthly.

- Ability to multitask and manage a team of key account agents
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Communication Skills - Great negotiator and presenter
Qualifications:
- Four to five years’ previous work experience in field sales management, key account management, or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
- Proven results of delivering Key Account sales and meeting sales goals.
- Hands-on experience in directly managing channel partners/distributors/retailers with necessary proof points.
