Job Summary:
As the Head of HR, you will lead and optimize the company's Human Resources function. The role will be responsible for aligning HR operations with business goals, driving engagement, ensuring compliance, planning for people strategy, and streamlining HR processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
