About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising efforts across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Instagram. This role is responsible for executing data-driven campaigns, optimizing budget allocation, and ensuring maximum engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1). Campaign Mastery – Plan, execute, and refine digital media campaigns targeting our core market across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Instagram. Leverage platform-specific advertising tools for optimal performance.
2). Innovation and Optimization – Continuously test and experiment with new ad formats to improve engagement and conversions. Adjust strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve the best media mix.
3). Creative Synergy – Collaborate with the design team to develop and launch compelling ad creatives. Ensure effective ad placements across various product lines.
4). Performance Analysis – Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key media metrics such as ROAS, CMR, and CPM. Use insights to refine future campaigns.
5). Collaboration and Negotiation – Work closely with account managers from TikTok, Meta, Google, and Instagram to secure added value and optimize our advertising impact.
6). Budget Allocation and Monitoring – Strategically manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness while maximizing campaign reach and engagement. Monitor spend to prevent overages or inefficiencies.
7). Ad Spend Optimization – Evaluate the ROI of ad spend across all platforms, reallocating budgets to the highest-performing channels for optimal returns.
8). Cross-Platform Budget Strategy – Develop a holistic budgeting strategy that effectively distributes spending across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Instagram while staying aligned with campaign objectives.
9). Cost Efficiency Audits – Conduct regular audits of ad performance versus budget allocation to identify areas for cost reduction or reallocation without compromising results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Background in digital media campaign management, preferably in performance marketing or paid social.
- Strong expertise in TikTok, Meta, Google, and Instagram advertising tools.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and external account managers.
- Experience with budget planning and ROI optimization.
- Certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads) are a plus but not required.
