As we expand our services, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in managing credit risk and supporting sound lending decisions.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Chief of Staff with a strong background in finance, accounting, and investor relations. This role will serve as a key advisor to the executive team, ensuring seamless coordination of business priorities, financial reporting, and stakeholder communications.
The ideal candidate will have a finance or accounting educational background, experience in investor relations, and a proven ability to synthesize financial data into strategic insights for executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between the company and investors, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial reports, and quarterly earnings updates.
- Manage investor inquiries and coordinate responses on financial performance and business strategy.
- Support fundraising efforts, due diligence processes, and investor meetings.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Oversee financial planning and performance tracking in collaboration with the finance team.
- Analyze business metrics and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and refine reports for the executive team, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory financial disclosures and corporate governance best practices.
Strategic Operations & Executive Support
- Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to drive key business initiatives.
- Assist in prioritizing and executing high-impact projects across departments.
- Streamline reporting structures to improve data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on risk management and financial strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate strategy.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, capital markets, and investor communications.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a startup, fintech, or high-growth company is a plus.
