About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the C-Level executives in their day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. You will be their right hand, providing administrative and strategic support, facilitating communication, and managing various projects and initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel itineraries, and handling correspondence.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and both internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executives, including conducting research, performing analysis, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the executives with strategic planning activities, including goal setting, progress tracking, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion, consistently upholding professionalism.
- Ad Hoc Support: Offer supplementary support and other executive team members as required, showing flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/or a growth-stage company
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, and must speak English fluently and Filipino proficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving responsibilities and priorities
