Job Summary:

Labor Relations:

• Provide legal advice on employment and labor law matters.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, company policies, and disciplinary notices.
• Support HR in handling employee concerns, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Represent the company in administrative hearings and labor-related proceedings (e.g., DOLE, NLRC).
• Monitor updates in labor regulations and help ensure ongoing compliance.

General Legal Support:

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and internal legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos, opinions, and reports.
• Assist with regulatory filings, permits, and other compliance matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel when needed.
• Support internal departments with legal queries and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be a licensed lawyer in the Philippines.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to labor law or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
