✨ The Role: Brand Manager

You’ll be the captain of our brand ship—steering our voice, vibe, and vision across markets, products, and platforms. From designing killer go-to-market launches to making sure our collections are the ones everyone’s packing for their next beach trip, you’ll help keep us at the top of everyone’s wishlist.

What You’ll Do (and Slay)

• Launch Like a Boss – Own our 360° go-to-market plans across social, PR, influencers, and digital. From concept to cart, you’re the mastermind.
• Be Everywhere – Keep our brand strong across retail, consignments, e-comm, and global markets.
• Collab Queen/King – Work with Design, Marketing, Merch, and more to make sure every touchpoint screams our brand.
• Watch the Numbers – Sales, margins, awareness, consumer love—you’ll track it all and make it better.
• Trendspotting & Tea – Keep your finger on the pulse of fashion, culture, and consumer shifts.
• Know the Competition – Benchmark, outshine, and stay three steps ahead.

You Are:

• A storyteller with a business brain—can sell a mood and hit a sales target
• Obsessed with e-comm and retail trends (you read the captions and the analytics)
• A project juggler who doesn’t drop balls—just launches
• A team player who can rally creatives, merchandisers, and number crunchers alike

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Comms, or related field
• 3–5 years in brand management, marketing strategy, or similar
• GTM campaign experience across multiple channels
• Strong grasp of e-commerce, retail, and digital marketing
• Killer comms and presentation skills (yes, even in front of execs)
