Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value enterprise partners, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving strategic collaborations. This role demands a sophisticated sales approach, consultative selling, and strong stakeholder management to onboard large-scale bus and modern PUV fleets, ensuring a successful consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-level enterprise growth strategy to onboard major fleet operators, corporations, and government partners.
- Build and manage a pipeline of large-scale partners, ensuring a steady flow of high-impact acquisitions.
- Conduct market research and business case development to support strategic sales efforts.
- Engage C-level executives and key decision-makers, presenting compelling business cases for partnership.
- Negotiate complex contracts and long-term agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding into the Chalo ecosystem.
- Work cross-functionally with tech, operations, legal, and finance teams to facilitate enterprise deployments.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to refine growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Educational attainment: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales at least 3-5 years, business development, or strategic partnerships (preferably in mobility, logistics, fintech, or B2B SaaS industries).
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills to engage with high-level clients.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and execution.
- Experience in developing business cases and ROI-driven proposals for large enterprises.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients on the ground to drive high-value deals.
