About the Opportunity

A long-established company in the manufacturing and industrial sector is strengthening its digital and analytics capability. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the President and COO, supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives. You’ll help design and implement systems that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making across the organization.

Ideal for fresh graduates or early-career developers, this position provides mentorship, exposure to business leadership, and real-world experience in building impactful tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of internal web-based applications and data systems.
• Assist in designing and implementing both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Python or similar) components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including senior executives — to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and deliver technology solutions.
• Build and maintain APIs, databases, and automation processes.
• Support data analysis and visualization efforts to help communicate insights to management.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure stability and accuracy of systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in software development.
• Basic understanding or training in:
• Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Back-end programming: Python (experience with Django, Flask, or similar frameworks is a plus)
• Databases and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a structured environment.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical ideas clearly to business leaders.
