The Role
As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll support and manage end-to-end recruitment while continuously expanding your knowledge and skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to job offer coordination
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate fit
- Partner with clients to understand role requirements (with guidance from the team)
- Build talent pipelines and manage candidate data
- Help drive recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Deliver a warm, thoughtful, and relationship-centered recruitment experience
Who We’re Looking For:
You don’t need recruitment experience—just the right mindset.
- Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years HR/recruitment experience is a plus
- Proactive and inquisitive—asks questions, digs deeper, and learns beyond what is handed to them
- Independent and resourceful—can work with minimal hand-holding and manage tasks confidently
- Collaborative team player—knows when to work independently and when to align with the team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Curious about tech, startups, or people development (a bonus!)
