Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead HOPE’s marketing efforts, strengthening brand impact, public relations, and digital presence. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with strong experience in brand management, PR, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with HOPE’s mission and growth goals
Lead brand management, public relations, and media engagement
Drive digital and social media strategy across key platforms
Support sales and partnerships through marketing tools and insights
Plan and execute brand, advocacy, and community events
Manage and mentor the marketing team and external partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, and digital marketing
Strong background in brand management, PR, and social media
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Experience managing agencies and executing multi-channel campaigns
